The concept for this project is to show a layout of a brand’s ad campaign through the use of ads designed for environmental systems, printed ads and social media campaigns.
For the brand, I created a skin care company and chose branding colors, slogans and motivating call to actions for the driving message of the ads.
I then decided on design elements that would define the campaigns (such as the color palette, the use of wave shapes and frames for photos and text hierarchy) and from there began to build the ads.
AD CAMPAIGN
PROCESS WORK
My initial concept for beginning this process was to build an inspiration board of what I would want the brand to emulate.
I then began to sketch out rough concepts of how I would like the brand to look and how the elements could bring together a sense of the brand and it’s messaging.
I thought the use of textures from nature would be an interesting way to tie the concepts of both ingredients being used in skin products as well as in reference to skin textures.
FINAL WORK
The final work of this project includes a variety of signage in public scenes like subways and billboards where the ads would get a lot of exposure. On my poster designs, I added a qr code as a quick and easy way for the viewer to quickly learn more about the company and gain further exposure for the brand.
For the social media campaigns, I wanted to pair the same elemental aspects as the environmental signage to keep the campaigns uniformed.
